Coaching Services and Purpose

Fenn Corporate Pty Ltd (Fenn Corporate) provides Christian life and business coaching services through coaching programmes for educational, personal development, and spiritual growth purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial planning, or any other licensed professional service. While I bring my experience as a business owner and my commitment to biblical principles, I am serving you exclusively in the role of a Christian life and business coach.

Not a Substitute for Professional Services

Fenn Corporate provides coaching programmes, not a therapeutic or clinical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. If you are currently experiencing symptoms of clinical depression, anxiety, or psychological distress, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional. Coaching and professional mental health support are not mutually exclusive — many clients benefit from both.

If you require mental health treatment, clinical counseling, legal advice, financial planning, tax preparation, medical care, or any other licensed professional service, you are strongly encouraged to seek a qualified and licensed professional. Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental, physical, or emotional condition.

Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily in any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes and that you alone are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, and results, both during and after the coaching engagement. You agree to use your own judgment, wisdom, and due diligence before applying any recommendation, insight, or idea discussed in coaching sessions. There are unknown individual risks and circumstances that can arise during coaching that cannot be foreseen, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks.

No Guarantees of Outcomes

While I am committed to supporting your growth and progress, I make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding specific outcomes, results, income, business growth, relational improvement, or any other benefit from participating in Fenn Corporate’s coaching programme. Your results will depend on many factors including your commitment, effort, circumstances, and decisions, which are beyond my control.

Faith-Based Approach

Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes are explicitly Christian and integrates biblical principles, Scripture, prayer, and a Christian worldview into all coaching sessions. By engaging in any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes, you acknowledge and accept this faith-based approach.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law, valid court order or subpoena, or if there is an imminent risk of danger to yourself or others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fenn Corporate Pty Ltd, Fredy Namdin, and any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes will not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes, use of coaching materials, or implementation of any ideas, strategies, or recommendations discussed in sessions. You hereby release and hold harmless Fenn Corporate Pty Ltd, Fredy Namdin, and any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes from any and all claims, including those related to business outcomes, personal decisions, relational matters, financial results, or any other consequences of your participation in coaching.

Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, materials, exercises, and resources provided as part of any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes are the intellectual property of Fenn Corporate Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Errors and Omissions

While every effort is made to provide accurate, helpful, and biblically sound guidance, coaching may inadvertently contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated. Fenn Corporate Pty Ltd, Fredy Namdin, and any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes are not responsible for any inaccuracies or for how information is interpreted or applied.

Agreement to Terms

By participating in any Fenn Corporate’s coaching programmes, booking a discovery call, or engaging in any coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer in its entirety.
